Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using The Circle Survives, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
License
Oleg Kuksa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use The Circle Survives for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and any platform rules that apply to your download.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the app, misuse cloud save, leaderboards, ads, or any related online functionality, submit false or automated scores, use offensive or misleading nicknames, reverse engineer protected parts of the product where prohibited by law, or use The Circle Survives in a way that harms the app, its operation, or other users.
Offline and Online Features
The Circle Survives stores gameplay data on-device and may use Apple iCloud storage, cloud save, leaderboards, analytics, and optional rewarded ads as part of the service. Online features may change, become unavailable, or be limited for maintenance, technical, policy, or legal reasons.
Leaderboards and Public Names
If leaderboards are available, your nickname and score information may be shown to other players. We may reject, edit, anonymize, or remove nicknames, scores, or leaderboard entries that appear abusive, misleading, fraudulent, automated, or harmful to the service or other users.
Rewarded Ads
The app may offer optional rewarded ads. Rewards are provided only when the app receives confirmation that an eligible ad view was completed. Ads may be unavailable, fail to load, or be limited by region, consent settings, network conditions, provider availability, or technical issues.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of The Circle Survives at any time in order to improve the experience, fix issues, or meet legal and technical requirements.
Intellectual Property
The Circle Survives, including its code, visual design, audio, text, logos, and related content, is owned by Oleg Kuksa or his licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
The Circle Survives is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oleg Kuksa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of The Circle Survives.
