By downloading, accessing, or using The Circle Survives, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
License
Oleg Kuksa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use The Circle Survives for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and any platform rules that apply to your download.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the app, misuse the cloud save service or any related online functionality, reverse engineer protected parts of the product where prohibited by law, or use The Circle Survives in a way that harms the app, its operation, or other users.
Offline and Online Features
The Circle Survives stores gameplay data on-device and also uses cloud save as part of the service. Online features may change, become unavailable, or be limited for maintenance, technical, or legal reasons.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of The Circle Survives at any time in order to improve the experience, fix issues, or meet legal and technical requirements.
Intellectual Property
The Circle Survives, including its code, visual design, audio, text, logos, and related content, is owned by Oleg Kuksa or his licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Circle Survives is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oleg Kuksa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of The Circle Survives.
