Information Processed by the Current App Build
The current build of The Circle Survives stores gameplay progress and audio settings locally on your device. This can include run progress, upgrade progress, best scores, challenge progress, unlock state, and audio preferences. The app may also read basic device language and app environment information needed to run correctly on your device.
How Information Is Used
This information is used to keep the game functioning, load your saved progress on the same device, apply your settings, and support normal gameplay behavior.
Cloud Save
The Circle Survives uses cloud save to back up gameplay progress and settings so progress can be restored across supported installs or devices. Save data may therefore be transmitted to and stored on the cloud save service used for The Circle Survives.
Analytics, Advertising, and Accounts
The current build does not include a user account system, in-app advertising delivery, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party crash reporting SDKs.
Data Sharing
Personal information is not sold. Data is only shared when needed to operate the cloud save service for The Circle Survives, comply with legal obligations, or respond to a direct support request you send by email.
Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you remove the app data, delete the app, or replace the stored data by continuing to play. Cloud save records are kept only as long as needed to operate the service, unless a longer period is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information associated with support communications or the cloud save service. You can contact us to submit a request.
